Please get in touch If you would like to discuss commissioning Stoo to create your very own Pixel Portrait, unashamedly inspired by the pixel art from those classic 90’s 16-bit games.

Prices start at £95 for a front facing digital only piece with the option to purchase canvas prints should you wish to wall mount the finished artwork or present as a gift to a friend or loved one.

Each canvas will be signed on completion by Stoo, if you do not want it signed please make this clear during the order process, thanks.

And finally, before booking your pixel portrait here’s a few things you will need to know.

Reference Photos

To ensure the best possible likeness Stoo will require a couple of photos from you. A minimum of two is suggested but please no more than four.

A head and shoulders photograph from the front.

A 2nd 45º front facing head and shoulders photo sometimes referred to as a 3/4 shot.

Clothing Choice

The portrait will be drawn using the clothing shown in the photograph. Where clothing differs between photos, please indicate if you have a choice otherwise Stoo will pick one he feels suits the piece better.

Lighting

To capture the best likeness possible, submitted photos should have good lighting and show the person as you want them to be captured. What’s seen in the photo is what’s drawn.

Using a service such as WeTransfer has proven to be much better.

Once you have ordered your portrait, head over to https://wetransfer.com/ to upload your photos, then send me the shortlink provided via the form below and I’ll be in touch to confirm your order and provide a booking slot.
