Ordering and Dispatch Times
For stock products we will aim to process your order within 24 hours and have the item(s) dispatched to you “the Buyer” well within 5 working days of receipt of payment, or a lot sooner if we can. Please note if we receive an influx of orders within a short time frame these times may vary but we will inform you once your order has been processed, should this be the case.
Items carrying a promotion may require those promotional items to be dispatched and delivered separately. (Promo Thank You Cards, Card dedications and such like)
Bespoke Personalised items by their very nature take longer to process than off the shelf items as these are solely dependant on Stoo’s workload including any bespoke orders currently in the queue. For personalised Pixel Portrait style pieces please allow 7 days minimum from the date of your order confirmation. We will aim to get bespoke orders out to you within 14 days or sooner depending on Stoo’s schedule. Please see The Order Process on this page for further details.
Any items classed as Pre-Ordered will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, a notification email will be sent out to the Buyer using the email address provided when the order was placed.
As a guide we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we don’t like waiting for parcels and neither should you. While very effort is made to adhere to dispatching items promptly we will not accept liability whatsoever if any delay occurs in delivery once dispatched.
Should there be an issue with the processing of your order that isn’t covered by our e-commerce ordering process, we will contact you, the Buyer within 14 days using the email address provided when the order was placed.
All correspondence in relation to your order will be sent to the email address used by you, “The Buyer” when the order was placed.
The Order Process
Once an order has been received by us this constitutes an “agreement” between us “The Seller” and you “the Buyer”.
An email will be sent to you The Buyer acknowledging receipt of an order “the Offer” from you, signifying we are processing the order with consideration of the Offer. This email does not conclude the sale or imply fulfilment of the agreement, it merely acts to inform us that you wish to enter into a sale agreement with us and that we have to accept “the Offer” for the agreement to be validated. We reserve the right to decline an Offer without explanation or reason given.
Once we have processed the order, an “Acknowledgment of Dispatch” email will be sent out to you the Buyer notifying you that the order has been dispatched and thus constitutes an acceptance of the Offer by us the Seller and thus concludes the agreement. No agreement shall be deemed to be in place unless an “Acknowledgment of Dispatch” has been sent out by us the Seller to you the Buyer.
Should for any reason we decline “the Offer”, any monies paid to us detailed in “the Offer” will be returned to you the Buyer within 14 days.
For the purpose of providing clarity this agreement is in relation to products we have received an Offer on. As such we are under no obligation to supply or provide any other products or items that have not been confirmed within an Acknowledgment of Dispatch and as such concludes the Agreement.
